LeaderM8 is an AutoCAD plug-in that enables you to create a large variety of leader lines. In includes multiple arrowhead and ending features that can be combines in order to get the desired result.
You can use this tool for importing text into the multi-line text endings in order to create the leader lines from a single polyline. You can save the parameters to a style that can be loaded later for another project.
