Remove Duplicate Notes is a Microsoft Outlook add-in that enables you to quickly find the duplicate notes and to delete them. You can select the folders that you want to scan and if you want to permanently delete the notes before performing the scan.
The notes are recognized as duplicates if their Subject, Text and Color are equal accordingly. Retains original Outlook folder structure.
